3e is an exciting and fast-growing company set up to improve the prospects of individuals and business within the East Midlands. Started in April 2010 as a joint venture between the University of Northampton and Social Enterprise East Midlands, we’re here to provide support around our 3 ‘E’s: 

• Employment
• Enterprise and
• Education

Despite only being a year old, we’re now delivering 3 key projects within the East Midlands supporting professionals who have gone through a redundancy, recent graduates who are struggling to take the first step on their career path and young people who are looking at what their options are.
